Hydrogen Peroxide Biosensor Based on Poly(azure A) and CdS Nanoparticles Modified Electrode

A hydrogen peroxide biosensor has been prepared by immobilizing horseradish peroxidase(HRP) on electrode with Azure A mediation and CdS nanoparticles. The sensor performance was studied by means of cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry techniques. The results showed that the senor had a good linear relationship to H2O2 in the range of 4.0×10-6 mol/L ~ 1.2×10-3mol/L,and the detection limit was 1.4×10-6 mol/L..
