A Machining Method on Electroplated Diamond Wire Saw with Ultrasonic Vibration

The ultrasonic vibration cutting processing of electroplated diamond wire saw for hard and brittle materials was researched.The experimental result shows that the cutting method features high removing rate,high surface quality and small crushes compared to non-ultrasonic vibration process.This is a new and effective method in cutting hard and brittle materials.
