The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted feeder plate which comprises a fixed rack, a slide platform, a movable rack and a winding rack, wherein a pair of thin wall hollow slide grooves are formed in the lower side of the fixed rack, and guide rail bars on the two sides of the slide platform are embedded into the thin wall hollow slide grooves of the fixed rack respectively and glidingly connected with the thin wall hollow slide grooves; the movable rack is embedded into the fixed rack, a pair of right-angled winding rack supporting frames are arranged at the upper parts of a pair of inclined struts of the movable rack, the front ends of the guide rail bars of the slide platform are hinged with the front end of a rectangular bottom frame of the movable rack respectively, the winding rack is supported on the winding rack supporting frames of the movable rack, and a winding rack accommodating and locking device is arranged between the front end of the fixed rack and the front end of the movable rack. The vehicle-mounted feeder plate is compact in structure, convenient to use and high in reliability; the movable rack not only can be quickly pulled out of the fixed rack and turned downwards but also can be quickly accommodated in an accessory box on the platform of a vehicle, so that the field response speed of the feeder plate is greatly increased and the operation convenience of the feeder plate is greatly improved.
