A micro-lubrication system, in which an induction pipe (2), a connection pipe (3), and an air chamber (11) are provided in an oil tank (1), an end of the induction pipe (2) extends towards the bottom of the oil tank (1), the other end connects a regulating valve (4) for oil quantity, which is located on the top of oil tank (1), an oil outlet (9) is provided on the bottom of air chamber (11), an end of the oil outlet (9) connects the regulating valve (4) via a connection pipe (3), the other end connects an oil tube (7), an air outlet (5) and an air inlet (10) are provided on the top of oil tank (1) and communicate the air chamber (11), the air inlet (10) connects an air chamber air tube (12), compressed air in the air chamber air tube (12) enter into the air chamber (11) via the air inlet (10), the air outlet (5) connects an air tube (8), the oil tube (7) is provided on an inner side of the air outlet (5) and the air tube (8), and air in the air chamber (11) is guided into the air tube (8) the air outlet (5), a nozzle (6) with double-layer structure whose outer layer is connected with the air tube (8) while inner layer is connected with the oil tube (7), an oil tank air inlet (15) is provided on a side wall of the oil tank (1), an oil tank air tube (13) is connected with an oil tank air inlet (12) via pressure valve (14), air passes through the valve with pressure regulated, and is guided into the oil tank (1). The invention provides a green manufacture method, it is an effective way to replace the conventional machining which must use a lot of cutting lubricant.
