La evaluación compartida para solventar los problemas de los trabajos en grupo durante el prácticum

espanolEn este trabajo exponemos nuestra experiencia educativa con el uso de la evaluacion formativa durante el Practicum. Cuando llegamos al aula, el tutor realizaba dinamicas de grupo con el alumnado, pero nos comento que tenia problemas con la responsabilidad individual y grupal que no conseguia solucionar. Para intentar mejorar la conducta del alumnado decidimos llevar a cabo aprendizaje cooperativo, sin embargo los problemas seguian. Las modificaciones que realizabamos no tenian el efecto que esperabamos. Al darnos cuenta de que la causa era que el alumnado no era consciente de los problemas que le hacian no lograr el exito decidimos llevar a cabo, al final de las sesiones, procesos de evaluacion compartida. A traves de ellos conseguimos hacer consciente al alumnado y conocer mejor los problemas que tenian dentro del grupo. Las nuevas modificaciones, basadas en lo que el alumnado queria cambiar nos ayudaron a que las conductas individuales y competitivas se modificaran y todo el alumnado trabajase para conseguir el logro grupal. EnglishIn this paper we present our educational experience with the use of formative assessment during the Practicum. When we arrived to the classroom, the tutor was group dynamics with the students, but he told us that he had problems with individual and group responsibility that could not solve. To try to improve the behavior of students we decided carry out cooperative learning, however the problems continued. The changes we were doing did not have the effect we expected. Then we realized that the cause was that students were not aware of the problems that made them did not succeed decided to carry out, at the end of the sessions, shared assessment processes. Through them we will get the students to become aware and better understand the problems they had in the group. The new changes, based on what the students wanted to change helped us get that make individual and competitive behaviors were modified and all students would work to get the group achievement.
