Investigation of performance of the cardiovascular system of myocardial infarction patients showed that sympathicotony dominated in the right-handers' group, and vagotonia did in the left-handers' group. So the functional state of the cardiovascular system of myocardial infarction patients with different types of interhemispheric asymmetry is the result of activity of different parts of the autonomic nervous system. This fact is necessary to consider while developing methods for their physical rehabilitation.
