Difference field scattering properties between inlaid redundant particles and slightly rough optical surface

2016
Combing the practical situation of nondestructive examination, the analysis of difference field scattering properties between slightly rough optical surface and inlaid particles are researched by the method of Finite Difference Time Domain(FDTD). In wiew of the half-space problem about optical surface and inlaid particles, The perfectly matched layer(PML) is used. The reciprocity theorem is applied to near-far field extrapolation. Bistatic radar cross section and difference bistatic radar cross section are analyzed between one or double redundant particles and slightly rough optical surface with different incident angles and different distances by numerical calculation. The scattering contribution and difference field scattering angular distribution of the redundant particles or slightly rough optical surface are provided.
