The present invention relates to a biopatch and a preparation method therefor and, more specifically, to a biopatch and a preparation method, the biopatch having metal nanoparticles, on which a biofunctional material layer and an organic protective layer are formed, and being attached to a fiber, and thus during the preparation of metal nanoparticles, a liquid phase chemical step is not involved, such that a process is simple, the process can be carried out even at a low temperature so as to enable the deformation of a biofunctional material to be inhibited, and the release, imaging and the like of the biofunctional material can be readily controlled through the metal type, the modification and the like of the metal nanoparticles.
