Dynamic sensor based broken stone particle simulation test system and method

2017
The invention relates to a dynamic sensor based broken stone particle simulation test system and method. The system and method are used to observe the motion behavior of scattered particles when asymmetric dynamic deformation happens in a railroad bed. The system comprises a simulation test box, wherein a proportional broken stone model, which is used to simulate a bed, is filled in the simulation test box; a high frequency loading apparatus, which is used to simulate the dynamic load that is generated during the travelling process of a high speed train and is applied on the bed model; a broken stone particle collecting apparatus, which comprises a power supply, a data collector connected to the power supply, and multiple broken stone particles with built-in dynamic sensors, wherein the broken stone particles with built-in dynamic sensors are mixed into the proportional broken stone model and communicate with the data collector, and the data collector is installed on the simulation test box; and a work station, which is used to control the loading amplitude and frequency of a vibration exciter and obtain the data of the dynamic sensors. Compared with the prior art, the system has the advantages of suitability for real time supervision and broken stone scattered materials, small size, and accurate detection.
