The invention relates to environment-friendly compound laundry detergent with sterilizing and anti-fungus functions and a preparation method of the compound laundry detergent, in particular to anti-bacterial laundry detergent which contains natural ingredients of epsilon-poly-L-lysine hydrochloride, natamycin and alkyl ethoxy polyglycosides and can realize sterilizing, fungus prevention and stain removal. Epsilon-poly-L-lysine hydrochloride and natamycin which have antibacterial and anti-fungus capability, as well as an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant and an ampholytic surfactant are compounded, the sterilizing and anti-fungus functions and the stain removal function are integrated, and biodegradation is easy to realize; the laundry detergent comprises raw materials in percentage by weight as follows: 5%-30% of the anionic surfactant, 10%-30% of the nonionic surfactant, 2%-5% of the ampholytic surfactant, 0.5%-2% of a redeposition resisting agent, 0.5%-1.5% of a chelating agent, 0.1%-0.4% of epsilon-poly-L-lysine hydroloride, 0.1%-0.6% of natamycin, 0.1%-0.5% of essence and the balance of deionized water. Compared with the prior art, the environment-friendly compound laundry detergent has good sterilizing, anti-fungus and stain removal functions, adopts a reasonable formula, has remarkable anti-bacterial and sterilizing effects, is easily biodegraded and has the characteristics of high safety, no pollution and the like.
