Течение и реверсия нейромышечного блока у больных с ожирением

Purpose is to estimate sufficiency and safety of dosage of muscular relaxant rocuronium of 0,6 mg/kg of the actual body mass for development and progress of neuromuscular block at patients with obesity of the IV degree. The 1st group (n = 14) was given sugammadex for putting off the residual relaxation at the end of anesthesia. The inversion of the neuromuscular block in the 2nd group (n = 14) took place without use sugammadex. Monitoring of the neuromuscular block was carried with acceleromyography method. Conclusions: rocuronium in the specified dose didn’t show any toxic properties and provided sufficient relaxation, and sugammadex effectively and quickly eliminated the residual block.
