Using hepatocytes culture it was shown that the complex of apolipoprotein А-I with tetrahydrocortisol increased the rate of protein and the nucleonic acids biosynthesis determined by incorporation of a radioactive precursors. Apolipoprotein Е (apoЕ) reduced the effect of a complex apolipoprotein А-Itetrahydrocortisol. In absence of a complex apolipoprotein А-I-tetrahydrocortisol in the culture medium apoЕ did not render effect on protein and RNA biosynthesis but reduced the rate of incorparation 3H-thymidine into DNA in 1,6 times in comparison with the control. Very low density lipoproteins containing apoE possessed more expressed effect and reduced the rate of DNA synthesis in 3,2 times. Thus, apoЕ takes part in suppression of effects of a complex apolipoprotein А-I-tetrahydrocortisol and can be one of the inhibitors of proliferation.
