The invention relates to the field of manufacturing of seabed tunnel immersed tubes, and especially relates to a steel reinforcement cage hoisting apparatus. The steel reinforcement cage hoisting apparatus comprises a hoisting bracket, a stiff skeleton, a hoisting cable and a hoisting winch; the hoisting bracket is arranged above the steel reinforcement cage; the stiff skeleton is arranged in the steel reinforcement cage; the hoisting bracket is provided with multiple hoisting points; the hoisting cable is connected with the stiff skeleton after the hoisting cable is drawn out via the hoisting points; and the hoisting winch is arranged on the hoisting bracket and is connected with the hoisting cable. Further, the stiff skeleton is matched with the structure of the steel reinforcement cage. By adding the stiff skeleton in the steel reinforcement cage and employing the multiple hoisting points of the hoisting skeleton for protecting the stiff skeleton, the stiff skeleton helps to improve the integral rigidity of the steel reinforcement cage, thereby improving the stability of the steel reinforcement cage during system transition.
