In recent years, due to the rapid development of urbanization, a large number of children of migrant workers into cities to share educational resources, has lagged far behind urban school planning and layout of development in the urbanization rate, coupled with shortage of teachers in the preparation of many factors, ultimately leading to resource allocation is balanced urban and rural compulsory education, urban schools such as large numbers of students'class was critical, to varying degrees, affected the healthy development of basic education. For this, we should increase financial input and expand teacher preparation, planning, scientific and reasonable measures to resolve them.
