Oil recovery process comprising (a) conversion of a material containing starch into dextrins with an alpha-amylase; (B) saccharification of dextrins using a source of carbohydrate generating enzyme to form a sugar; (C) fermentation of sugar in a fermentation medium to a fermentation product using a fermenting organism, wherein the fermentation medium comprises a hemicellulase (s), an endoglucanase (s), and GH61 polypeptide; (D) distilling the fermentation product to form a whole stillage; (E) separation of whole stillage fine vinasse and wet sediment; and (f) recovering the thin stillage oil.
