Uso de los sistemas de posicionamiento global en el control de carga en procesos de rehabilitación y retorno seguro al juego en un trasplante autólogo de cartílago articular

2020
Introduction the global positioning systems, are devices that allow to determine the exact position in real time and its relation with the movement in the quantification of physical variables in professional soccer players. Aim to conduct a case study on the process of returning to the game of a professional soccer player with knee injury Methodology A case study was conducted on a professional soccer player with knee injury where their respective rehabilitation was done and a control in its phase of sports rehabilitation through a GPS Playertek during 12 retraining sessions controlling variables such as distance, total session time, total number of sprints, speed in the sprint. Results took the player to 92% of the total percentage of sports performance with variables such as 9760 meters traveled during an 80-minute session making 49 sprints on average at 8.56M/s speed and accumulating a total of 1096 meters in all sprints . Conclusion The global positioning systems must be used in the measurement of the process of rehabilitation and safe return to the play in order to design training plans, adapting the acute and chronic load.
