DETERMINATION THE METODIC OF SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC QUATIFICATION OF NEW BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCE OF AMIDE N-ALLYLANTHRANYLIC ACIDE

The methodic of UV spectrophotometric detection of new biologically active amide N–allylanthranylic acid witch posses anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activities were developed. For an estimation of suitability of a technique specificity, linearity, repeatability (convergence), accuracy of results, an application range is spent it validation by criteria. The technique can be used for the analysis of a substance and also its medical products.
