Board-level TPMS emission module batch testing system and testing method thereof

The invention relates to a board-level TPMS emission module batch testing system, which is characterized by comprising a writer, a shielding box, a wireless signal analyzer, a wireless trigger and a microprocessor, wherein to-be-tested TPMS emission modules are all located inside the shielding box; high-sensitive probes and power load pins inside corresponding pin holes of the TPMS emission modules are all gathered on a probe board; the probe board is connected with a multi-switching switch inside the shielding box; the writer and the wireless signal analyzer are located outside the shielding box; the writer is connected with a program writing port of the TPMS emission module via a writing thimble; the wireless signal analyzer is connected with the probe board; the wireless trigger is located inside the shielding box and connected with the external microprocessor; the TPMS emission modules are connected with an external power-on controller via the power load pins; and the power-on controller is connected with the microprocessor.
