A process for preparing Polyacetalkompositen with high stiffness and improved barrier properties

The invention relates to a method for producing polyacetal composites exhibiting a higher rigidity and improved barrier properties according to which phyllosilicate is added to water, swells therein, is sheared in another method step and is delaminated as a result. In addition, an aqueous solvent, polyacetal and, optionally, phase mediators are added, the mixture is dissolved while heating, the polyacetal is precipitated together with at least a portion of the phyllosilicate and after undergoing subsequent treatment, the precipitated product is kneaded in the melt while optionally mixing it with additional additives.
