Microwave studies of quantum oscillations and the ESR spectrum of Hg1−xFexSe
1990
Microwave studies of quantum oscillations and of the ESR spectrum of n-type Hg 1−x Fe x Se with 0.0002≤x≤0.2 at 1.55-6 K showed that the conduction electron effective mass at the bottom of the band and the band gap are least when x=0.15, and the observed ESR spectrum corresponds to that of the Fe 3+ ion in the field of a crystal with the cubic symmetry. The quantum oscillations are due mainly to conduction electron density oscillations when the Fermi level is crossed by Landau levels
