Adaptive power control-based inter-cell interference coordination method

The embodiment of the invention relates to a scheme for realizing inter-cell interference coordination by power control of a base station in a next generation mobile communication system (LTE/LTE-Advanced) so as to improve the performance of the system. The method comprises the following steps of: setting a utility function, determining the value of transmitting power of each base station by calculating the minimum value of the utility function, and then judging whether an equilibrium state is reached by judging whether the value is equal to the previous calculation result. An iterative algorithm is used in the method; and when the transmitting power value of each base station obtained by using the utility function reaches a Nash equilibrium state, the iterative process is finished, otherwise, the iteration is continued for solving. The transmitting power of the whole cluster is considered in the method and reaches minimum by optimizing so that mutual influence of cells in the cluster is reduced to minimum and the inter-cell interference coordination is realized.
