The present invention discloses a swimming robot, which is located in the fuselage on both sides of the axis of the left and right propeller thrusters to achieve forward swimming robot, steering, float and dive, and set along the axis of the fuselage extending paddle balance , so that the swimming robot roll along the axial equilibrium paddle rotation around the body axis of the body to produce reverse rotation torque to enable the body to maintain balance, prevent body roll around the body axis. With respect to the prior art, the present invention swimming robot driven good effect, and to achieve progress, steering, float and dive, controlled movement and strong, able to move and work in a complex environment.
