以B5改良的培养基作为基本培养基,比较了添加不同浓度6-BA与IBA组合的培养基对酿酒葡萄“蛇龙珠”茎尖复苏及生茎的影响,筛选出适合蛇龙珠试管苗茎尖复苏的培养基为B5(改良)+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L IBA+30 g/L蔗糖+7 g/L琼脂,p H值5.8-6.0;筛选出适合蛇龙珠试管苗生茎的培养基为B5(改良)+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA+30 g/L蔗糖+7 g/L琼脂,p H值=5.8-6.0。
