Temperature field control method for sodium-sulfur battery module heat-preservation box

2014
The invention discloses a temperature field control method for a sodium-sulfur battery module heat-preservation box, belonging to the field of chemical energy storage. The sodium-sulfur battery module heat-preservation box composed of a bottom plate, two side walls, two end walls and a box cover is internally divided into four heat-preservation rooms which are arrayed in two rows and two arrays in a matrix shape by using a long heat preservation plate and a short heat preservation plate; twelve heating plates are distributed on the bottom plate, the two side walls and the two end walls; each heat-preservation room uses one bottom heating plate and one independently-used side heating plate; the two adjacent heat-preservation rooms commonly use one public side heating plate by the short heat preservation plate; the two adjacent heat-preservation rooms commonly use one end part heating plate by the long heat preservation plate; the point with the maximum temperature value at the edge of the top face of the bottom plate is a temperature maximum value point; a crossed point of the top edge of the long heat preservation plate and the top edge of the short heat preservation plate is a temperature minimum value point; the temperatures of the twelve heating plates are adjusted in the range of 300-350 DEG C so that the temperature difference between the temperature maximum value point and the temperature minimum value point in the sodium-sulfur battery module heat-preservation box is within 30 DEG C.
