CLASS-AB LOW-DISTORTION DRIVERS FOR ADSL

Advantages and disadvantages of different line driver types are investigated and the efficiency of class-AB drivers is calculated. In addition, three class-AB line drivers implemented in 0.6μ standard CMOS, high voltage (HV) BiCMOS and complementary bipolar (CB) processes, respectively, are described.
