130. Characterization of a Murine Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV-mo.1) Capsid

Isolation of novel AAV capsid genes is useful for expanding the tropism range of AAV and identifying capsids that are less immunogenic. In our search for new AAV capsids with improved properties we have previously described capsids isolated from goat and cow. Here we describe a novel capsid (AAV-mo.1) isolated from a mouse.
