CONSOLIDAÇÃO JURÍDICA DO TERMO SUSTENTABILIDADE COMO PRINCÍPIO DE VALIDADE DOS ATOS ADMINISTRATIVOS

This article aims to analyze whether the term sustainability has maturity to the point of placing it on the level of a principle of validity of administrative acts, consolidation attached to the material dimension. Administrative acts sometimes transcend the collective interest of the National State. To support the thesis, a bibliographical and documentary research with qualitative analysis will be carried out in the administrative process of creating an Environmental Protection Area (APA), the APA Dunas do Rosado, located in the State of Rio Grandedo Norte. As final considerations, we have that the term sustainability has sufficient maturity to be raised to the level of a constitutional/administrative principle.
