Особенность микробного пейзажа отделения реанимации и интенсивной терапии многопрофильного стационара города Омска

For last years it becomes clearly evident the tendency to growth of resistance to antibiotics insideand community-acquired micro flora. We analyze the microbial landscape of the Department of resuscitation and intensive therapy of a large multi-profile hospital for the period of 2009 — 2011. It is established that the distribution of gram-positive and gram-negative flora of approximately is 1:1. It is marked the growth of resistant strains of Klebsiella spp., Pseudomonas aeruginosa and MRSA.
