Automatic drawer-type container loading and unloading system and method

The invention relates to an automatic drawer-type container loading and unloading system and method. The system comprises a drawer-type truss structure (5) fixed in a cargo space of a ship body (1), a loading and unloading device used for loading and unloading containers automatically, and an automatic fixing device located inside the drawer-type truss structure (5). The method is realized through the system. As for a container ship using the system, the drawer-type truss structure (5) is fixed to the ship body in a segmentation mode, and then the containers can be loaded and unloaded just as pushing and pulling drawers; and meanwhile, the container loading and unloading process achieves automation through hydraulic lifting platforms (4) and carrying carts (12). By the adoption of the system and method, the automation degree of the loading and unloading fixation mode of the container ship is improved, the lifting platforms and the carts in each row can be used for loading at the same time, and thus loading and unloading efficiency of the containers is improved; and by the adoption of the automatic fixing system, manual bundling time and manpower consumption are reduced, fixing efficiency is improved, and fixing reliability is made higher.
