Transistorized Pulse Amplifiers (A.I.T.); AMPLIFICATEURS D'IMPULSIONS A TRANSISTORS (A.I.T.)

1962
The two amplifiers whose design and operation are described were studied for neutron detection units used in piles. They are designed to allow an important reduction of the volume and of the weight of the detector and its amplifier, and to simplify the operation of the detection assembly. To these characteristics can be added the mechanical and electrical robustness and the very reduced microphony. The first transistorized amplifier is simple, robust, and can be used for radio-protection installations. The second has a better performance. (auth)
