Condições da demanda e de fatores a luz do modelo do diamante de porter: um estudo multicaso em organizações exportadoras do segmento meloeiro do Rio Grande do Norte

The objective of this research is to identify the conditions of the demand and factors in the exportation melting activity of the State of Rio Grande do Norte. For that, a multi-case study was developed, using the interview for data collection and ATLAS.ti 8.0 for the treatment process. As for the demand, it was verified that the clients impel the organizations to innovate in a fast pace, to produce products of quality and with greater added value. As for the factors, it was identified that the region has favorable natural resources; has a skilled workforce; as well as that the industry enjoys appropriate technology.
