Chemical reagent proof fabric and manufacturing method thereof

The invention relates to a chemical reagent proof fabric which comprises a bamboo charcoal viscose acetal fiber and terylene woven fabric, a polytetrafluoroethylene coating, an aramid and polyphenylene sulfide composite nonwoven fabric and a PTFE covered film. The polytetrafluoroethylene coating is decorated on the inside of the composite nonwoven fabric, the woven fabric is pressed on one side of the polytetrafluoroethylene coating of the composite nonwoven fabric 3 by a binding agent, finally the other side of the composite nonwoven fabric 3 is pressed-coated with the PTFE covered film in a hot melting manner, and the fabric capable of proofing chemical reagents is formed after being shaped into a continuous wave shape in a hot rolling manner. The fabric can not only prevent damage of inorganic chemical reagents to a human body and but cal also reduce hazards of the inorganic chemical reagents to the human body, and wave shaping can enhance the impact resistance to the chemical reagents.
