Stream media system and creation method for Internet network TV

The present invention discloses a stream media system of an Internet television, which comprises a live media distribution unit, which is used to produce stream media during the live broadcast of services, a media storage transmission unit, which is used to store and transmit the stream media produced by the live media distribution unit, and a media control unit, which is used to manage the stream media produced by the live media distribution unit and stored and transmitted by the media storage transmission unit. The present invention also discloses a method of the stream media system, by which the stream media system creates the Internet television. The present invention avoids the overload of a certain IPTV stream media server, improves the performance of an IPTV system and reduces the construction cost of the system.
