The invention discloses a bistatic PS-InSAR 3D deformation inversion method based on a multi-angle and multi-period navigation satellite. The method comprises the following steps: placing a receiver in the vicinity of a to-be-monitored scene, using an omni-directional antenna to receive a satellite direct-path signal, using a horn antenna to receive a scene echo signal, conducting synchronization and image processing on the echo signal by using the direct-path signal to obtain a multi-angle and multi-period SAR image sequence, implementing identification and deformation amount estimation of a PS point by using the PS method, implementing space and time continuation of deformation amount at different angles by using space and time interpolation, and finally implementing inversion of 3D deformation amount by using weighted least square. According to the invention, the method is low in cost, flexible in configuration and can be widely applied to the field of deformation monitoring.
