2005 is the last year of China's Tenth Five-Year Plan,and also the key year in the construction of E-government.E-government ranks first in the five applications of "information free-way" advocated actively by countries all over the world.Therefore,classified as of primary importance,the government affairs IT application is the guide of IT application in society,and E-government is the necessity of the information-based social development.The paper has introduced the current situation of government's information portal website construction and existing problems,put forward website standards for reconstructing government's websites,which has certain practical significance for the development of E-government affairs.
