Through the adoption of the water cooling type lithium ion battery provided by the utility model, the water cooling plates are fitted with the electrodes of the battery cells, and mainly, the electrodes of the battery cells are cooled, so as to improve the cooling efficiency. Through the adoption of a water cooling mode, the cooling effect is good. When the temperature rises to the phase change temperature, the heat conducting strips deform, and are better fitted with the electrodes of the battery cells for heat conduction, so as to improve the cooling effect.
