Fungsi Ilmu Hukum Dalam Perkembangan Masyarakat (The Function of Legal Science in the Society Development)

Historically, the society and the law have been equally developed. The society members live and is conquered by the law having specific charateristics. It depends on the legal history and the I respective social structures. The function of the legal science in the society development in terms of the legal sociology as the social control and engineering. In order to form the law by the state, especially the authorized institution, firstly it must know the needs of the society law so that the legal re-order might happen.
