The invention provides a reservoir control principal element superimposed exploration target determining method and a reservoir control principal element superimposed exploration target determining device. The method comprises the following steps: determining a first reservoir formation probability of an oil-gas reservoir under the single-factor control of a paleo-uplift according to the distribution features of the paleo-uplift; determining a second reservoir formation probability of the oil-gas reservoir under the single-factor control of a hydrocarbon kitchen according to the distribution features of the hydrocarbon kitchen; determining a third reservoir formation probability of the oil-gas reservoir under the single-factor control of a regional cap rock according to the distribution features of the regional cap rock; determining a fourth reservoir formation probability of the oil-gas reservoir under the single-factor control of the volume attribute according to the ant volume attribute of the oil-gas reservoir; and superimposing the first reservoir formation probability, the second reservoir formation probability, the third reservoir formation probability and the fourth reservoir formation probability to generate a comprehensive reservoir formation probability of the oil-gas reservoir, and determining a favorable reservoir formation area of the oil-gas reservoir according to the comprehensive reservoir formation probability.
