A compound of Formula (I): Formula ** ** and a form, wherein: forms a double bond between positions 1 and 2 and R3b is presented; p is 0, 1 or 2; q is 0; r is 1 or 2; L is -X-Y- C1-3alquil- or -C1-3alquil-, wherein each instance of alkyl is optionally perfluorinada; X and Y each is O or S; A1 is selected from a group consisting of indanyl, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-naphthalenyl, phenyl and naphthyl; R1 is C1-6alkyl, C1-6alquilsulfonil, C1-6alcoxicarbonil, C1-6alkoxy-carbonyl-C1-6alkyl amino, C1- 6alquilsulfonilamino, aminosulfonyl or (C1-4alkyl) 1-2aminosulfonil, wherein each instance of alkyl is optionally substituted a substituent of the hydroxy group; R3b is selected from a group consisting of hydrogen and C1-4alkyl; Each R4 is halogen, C1-6alkyl, C1-6alkoxy, haloC1-6alquil, haloC 1-6 alkoxy, haloC1-6alquiltio, C1-6alquilsulfonil, haloC1-6alquilsulfonil, C3-8cicloalquil or C1-6alquilcarbonil; and R5 is halogen.
