MURTAD: HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN HUKUM ISLAM DAN HAM (HAK ASASI MANUSIA)

Starting from the location of the people who change religion, it appears despicable and the vulnerability of faith, one of which on one occasion was mentioned by the Prophet as the most rotten disbelief (aphasia al-kufr). Of course, it makes sense if Islamic law views it as a forbidden act that is immediately sanctioned in the world, although there are different forms of sanctions that will be applied to them. All teachings and rules in Islam are essentially oriented towards regulating human rights, to ensure the realization of the benefit of human life. Islam regulates human rights in a complete, integral, harmonious, and balanced manner. Thus, it is clear that apostasy is a universal desecration of the purity of human rights given by God. But human rights are still concepts that have limits and rules to prevent freedom of life.
