ON THE STOKES EQUATIONS: THE MAXIMUM MODULUS THEOREM

We consider the boundary value problem for classical solutions to the Stokes equations. We prove the existence, uniqueness and continuous dependence on the boundary data, which are assumed to be continuous only.
