Торакоскопическая коррекция посттравматической диафрагмальной грыжи у ребенка с сочетанной травмой

Diagnostics and treatment of diaphragmatic ruptures is a difficult-to-treat combined surgical injury. It rarely occur in children. The authors describe a case of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia in a child suffering combined injury with special reference to the encountered diagnostic difficulties. They emphasize the justification of the thoracoscopic approach to the treatment of this pathology.
