An automatic unfolding type on-site calibration vehicle for high-voltage transformers comprises a cab (1), a carriage (2) and an electric transformer calibration system. A mobile carriage (3) provided with a rear door (4) is arranged at the rear part of the carriage (2); an accommodating space between the carriage (2) and the mobile carriage (3) comprises a test area (2a) and an operating area (2b); a control cabinet (5) is installed in the operating area (2b); a mobile platform (6) is installed in the test area (2a). The electric transformer calibration system comprises a voltage transformer calibrating apparatus (7) comprising a testing transformer and standard voltage transformer assembly (7a) and a compensation reactor (7b) that are installed on the mobile platform (6), a transformer calibrator (7c), a voltage load box (7d) and a voltage regulator (7e) that are installed in the control cabinet (5). The testing transformer and standard voltage transformer assembly (7a) comprises a horizontal testing transformer (7a1), a horizontal standard voltage transformer (7a2) and an insulating bush (7a4) provided with a grading ring (7a3). The horizontal standard voltage transformer (7a2) is installed at the top of the horizontal testing transformer (7a1), and the insulating bush (7a4) is obliquely installed at the end of the horizontal testing transformer (7a1). The calibration vehicle solves the problem of low working efficiency resulted from the need to adjust the position between the mobile platform and the product to be tested, avoids the problems of time wasting on rail abutment, bad reliability and the rear door being prone to compression deformation, shortens the overall length of the calibration vehicle, and reduces the overall height of the calibration vehicle.
