The article consists mathematical model of NO X creation kinetic mechanism, applied to stable short-length arc. There are studies of summary NO X output and creation velocity as function of major hydrocarbon and methyl radical reaction, and excited particle concentration. Physical chemistry of strong electromagnetic fields with high consistence of free electron is described, the main methastable and unstable states of monatomic and diatomic radicals was examined. There was offered a perspective method of emission characteristics control.
