Formación de competencias emprendedoras en la gestión de oportunidades de negocios de inversión extranjera en Cuba

The bibliography study involves a theoretical reference study to identify the essential elements on applicable specific competences formation: entrepreneurship, enterprise internationalizing and foreign investment in Cuba, directives upgrading, university formation, teaching learning process, styles and modalities. A segmented theoretical study was made on the period 2004-2021, on which, to the selected basis competences was applied the attitudinal psychological entrepreneur dimension; and techniques on analysis by reiteration, crossed impacts and hierarchy. The study provided: the new theoretical referent entrepreneurship on directives, valuable for the studied topic; an own elaboration methodology to the bibliographic analysis; and as main contribution 5 applicable to business opportunities management to foreign investment at local context. These contributions allowed covering epistemological gaps to Cuban context at the entrepreneurship competences orientation to the studied field.
