Hub bearing press mounting mechanism

The invention discloses a hub bearing press mounting mechanism. The mechanism is characterized in that a rectangular frame is arranged; two end seats of the rectangular frame are a left end tensile seat and a right end tensile seat which are symmetrically arranged; two longitudinal rods of the rectangular frame are an upper tensile rod and a lower tensile rod which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of a longitudinal axial line of the rectangular frame; the upper tensile rod and the lower tensile rod are fixedly connected between the left end tensile seat and the right end tensile seat; a pressing oil cylinder is arranged at the right end tensile seat; a guide rod is arranged on the left end tensile seat; and a right end fixing pressure head and a left end fixing pressure head are respectively arranged at a piston rod end of the pressing oil cylinder and the front end of the guide rod. According to the mechanism provided by the invention, one-step press mounting for double-end of the hub bearing on axle components is realized, thus, the assembling time is saved and the assembling efficiency is improved.
