Реконструкция и сохранение удерживающих структур тазового дна при операциях по поводу рака прямой кишки

The purpose of the study is the creation of universal protocol of this or that performing of restoring method depending on the type of trauma due to anal sphincter mechanism in surgical rectal cancer treatment. 1499 patients with rectal cancer included in of the investigated group. They were performed ?surgery in a radical volume during 2006 - 2010. All patients suffered the operation on primary restoration of integrity of digestive tract. They were divided into 4 groups depending on level of damage of pelvis diaphragm. The sequence of methods of holding structure reconstruction has been developed depending on the degree of damage of anorectum. A choice of method of operative intervention and method of renewal of elements of pelvic floor is the result of introduction of «individually - navigation surgery» complex. It considers the sequence of technical methods to be used, developed for every patient individually, taking into account anatomic features, localization and stage of tumor process.
