Study of Nitrogen Balance in Some Fodder Systems I: Italian Ray Grass (Lolium multiflorum L.) Fodder System

The paper points out the impact of some fodder systems based on Italian ray grass ( Lolium multiflorum L.) – nitrogen balance – depending on the fodder system and on type of fertilisation. Introducing legume species even in the variants not fertilised with nitrogen, though increasing the amount of nitrogen exported through fodder biomass, also results in a decrease of the nitrogen deficit in the soil for the crops to following the crop rotation.
