Radiologic imaging plays an important role in directing the postoperative management of pancreas graft recipients. Accurate imaging is critical in the precise delineation of vascular abnormalities, pancreatic and peripancreatic fluid collections, and the localization of pancreatic leaks, whether originating from the pancreatic duct or the duodenojejunal anastomosis.
