Исследование морфологии поверхности керамических подложек компонентов электронной техники

The morphology of a surface of the ceramic bases the chip-resistors is investigated. It is shown, that quality of a surface of the studied bases is the major factor complicating progress in the field of precision thin-film chip-resistors. The presented results can be interesting to all Russian manufacturers of electronic components using the ceramic basis.
